Do you know the feeling where one wrong movement takes your breath away with pain? I’m a yoga teacher,so this isn’t supposed to happen. On a random Tuesday morning, I threw out my back so badly thatit took three minutes just to lift myself out of bed.

I spent one full day in bed (the first and last time I’ve ever done that), and I eventually gave up and went to the doctor. I went home with prescription muscle relaxants and pain killers so at least I could sleep. Normally, I’m 100% natural, but that was out of the question this time.
