The metaphysical has always been part of the human experience, and it serves as both a positive and negative escape for people all over the globe.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT: Make note of your positive and negative metaphysical escapes, things that take you out of your everyday life. Energetically and emotionally, do they feed you or bleed you? Lastly, think about metaphysical escapes that perhaps you’ve overlooked or neglected.
TIP: we often reject our own metaphysical experiences and family history while simultaneously glorifying the metaphysical beliefs of other cultures. In an attempt to be as authentic as possible, focus on what is really true to you who you are and what you believe.
