Delicious Cucumber and Dill Soup

3 1/3 cups (500 g) cucumber
3 cups (750 ml) vegetable broth
1/2 cup (100 ml) almond milk
2 tsp (10 g) dill
2 dry stevia leaves
salt and white pepper
It would be perfect if all the ingredients came from organic farming.
Peel and chop half of the cucumber and shred the other half as it is. Juice the lemon and dice the dill.
Place the vegetable broth, chopped cucumber and stevia leaves in a cooking pot. Add salt and white pepper to taste. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the shredded cucumber, almond milk, lemon juice and dill.
