The 80/20 rule (Pareto Principle) shows that a small set of actions drive most results. Apply this power law to your health journey, and you’ll find:

- 20% of your smart choices create 80% of your metabolic benefits
Most of us waste time when it comes to health and fitness, but by learning how to focus only on the highest-leverage actions, you could make 2026 your healthiest year yet.
You’ll learn how to:
- Build functional strength at any age, even with no lifting experience
- Improve mobility in your hips, spine, shoulders, and more to reduce pain and move freely

How it Works
Your challenge is to join me and the YOGABODY team for just one hour per day, Monday through Friday from 5-9 January.
You’ll learn:

- Functional bodyweight strength exercises
- Science of Stretching techniques
- Deep mobility training
- A 5-part workshop series where we deep-dive into the highest leverage topics of interest for you in the new year
We’ll also host a live Q&A each day to answer any questions you might have. We’ll have attendees from all around the world, so if our live class timetable doesn’t work for you, don’t worry, every session will be recorded. You’ll have full access to material immediately and ongoing inside your web or mobile app.
Schedule Overview
If you can set aside one hour daily, for five days straight, I promise you’ll end the week with clarity, an actionable checklist, and the motivation you need to have your healthiest year ever. The daily schedule is below.
Breathing (5-min recorded sessions)
- Three daily practices: morning, midday, and before bed
- Safe, accessible techniques to quickly shift your nervous system and create balance
Strength (15-min live class daily)
- Bodyweight only, no equipment needed
- Full-body focus: lower body, upper body, core
- Suitable for all levels
Deep Stretching (15-min live class daily)
- One target area per day: hamstrings, hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, ankles
- Using the Science of Stretching method for functional mobility
- Live, guided sessions from home
Workshops (live + Q&A)
- Muscle Medicine: Benefits of lean muscle as you age
