One of the best things you can do for your health is to walk. From November 10 to 23, commit to logging 5 kilometers per day (3.1 miles) for 14 days straight.
Walk, jog, or hike—it all counts. Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into our lucky draw for $3,000+ worth of prizes, including:

How It Works
- Free to join, tracked in Strava
- Log 5km per day (in one continuous activity) for 14 days
- All finishers go into the prize draw
Rules
- Must be 18+
- GPS must be enabled and public on Strava
- No animals, tricks, or fake entries
- No makeup days or split distances (5km must be continuous each day)

Prizes include a coveted place at the Mindful Marathon Silent Circle in Barcelona in December, another at the Mindful Marathon Costa Brava in May (both of which include two nights accommodation at a 4-star hotel), two annual memberships to our best-selling fitness program YOGABODY Daily, plus five winners will receive a pair of shoes of their choice from our challenge sponsor Vivobarefoot.
