Age Less / Live More
Retreat
A YOGABODY Daily
Members-Only Event
Are you tired of extreme diets, overhyped biohacks, and longevity promises that rarely deliver? So are we. At YOGABODY, we strip away the noise and focus on short, daily practices that make the biggest measurable differences. Our goal is to help you live your healthiest life at any age—simply, sustainably, and backed by science. That’s why we're excited to invite you to the Age Less / Live More Retreat, where you’ll discover:
- How to build functional strength in just 75 minutes per week—safe, simple, and sustainable
- How to increase flexibility and reduce joint pain
- How to balance your metabolic health despite age-related hormonal changes
- How to optimize sleep for recovery, energy, and mood
- How to navigate nutrition without calorie-counting, meal-tracking, or nutrient obsession
Most of us know what to do but struggle with follow-through. Live events create the breakthroughs we need. While online learning is powerful, nothing compares to the energy, focus, and connection of being in person with a group of like-minded people.
This weekend retreat is your chance to reset, recharge, and reignite your health goals for the year ahead.
About the Retreat
The retreat will take place at the Department of Dance at the University of Georgia, in Athens, USA—just 90 minutes from Atlanta Airport. Many participants rent cars, but shuttles and Uber make it simple to arrive stress-free. Because the event is held during school break, the campus is quiet, peaceful, and the perfect setting to reset and recharge.
The Age Less / Live More Retreat combines guided classes, workshops, and community connection. From past events, we’ve seen that participants often learn just as much from each other as they do from us—and that’s exactly what makes this event so special.
Here's what you’ll experience:
- 3 Yoga practices to improve mobility and reduce stiffness
- 3 Expert workshops on strength, flexibility, and metabolism
- 3 Outdoor sessions, including a group lake hike
This is not just a weekend away. It’s an opportunity to create real breakthroughs in your health, surrounded by people who share the same goals.
