Join “YOGABODY Steps Challenge Club” on Strava
STEP 3
Log your walks and runs
- Enable GPS on your phone
- Open Strava, tap “Record”, then “Play” to start
- Tap “Finish” when your workout ends
- Tap “Save Activity” to log it
Rules: no wheels, no treadmills, no cheating. Outdoor movement only. And remember, if you don’t log your activity in Strava, it will not count!
