We all know that you can pop two Advil and get rid of most pain, but that’s not natural, and it’s certainly not a healthy, long-term solution. So what should you do?
Hang for seven minutes, do some flying push-ups, pause in an inverted full wheel, and then call it a day. Ten minutes tops and your spine will feel spectacular.
