Yoga Trapeze® Tutorial – Hip Opener

In this short video Dice Iida-Klein shows you how you can use the yoga trapeze to open your hips, and strengthen your glutes. Grab the long handles, take one leg up and set it into the trapeze, and hop the foot that you’ve got on the ground forward. Bring your arms forward too. Bend deep into your front leg, press firmly through the top of the foot that’s supported in the trapeze, and drop the pelvis down. Take a few breaths here, and then switch sides.
