Dear Yoga Student,
We couldn’t be more excited to welcome you into our charter class of trainees.This is going to be a fun and challenging adventure. Your success is our success, and we’re excited to begin this journey together.
Important things to remember:
- Join the Telegram Group. Schedules change, sessions move locations, this is all part of the process.
- Support Your Fellow Teachers. At YOGABODY, we support each other in learning and growth for life. That’s what being a great teacher is all about, and it’s what we expect from you.
- Make Use of Breaks & Evenings. When you’re not in sessions, keep practicing. Say the pose names out loud, conduct mock classes, ask smart questions, network with your peers, and study your notes.
- Eat, Sleep, Yoga, Repeat. As much as possible, just fall into the training process. Avoid making big plans or trying to do much else outside of your coursework. It’s a luxury to have this time to focus on you and your teaching, so make the most of it.
The YOGABODY teachers’ community is just beginning, and we couldn’t be happier to have you join our movement. We’re here to break down barriers, make yoga more accessible, and share the transformative power of these practices with the world. Welcome!

Location
The people you’ll meet are just as important as the workshops you’ll attend. We’ll have guided morning yoga classes every day, and in the evenings there will be both structured and unstructured activities in Barcelona. These include walking tours, beach trips, museum visits, and more. It’s amazing to spend time with like-minded professionals, and at the Yoga Teachers Summit, you’ll practice, network, eat, and make friends with people from around the world. If you’ve never been to Barcelona, you’re going to love it. The weather’s great, the food’s great, and it’s a fun and easy travel destination.
We will have some sessions at YOGABODY 3, Calle Cartagena 273, and we’ll likely have some sessions at outdoor locations and other venues around town.
