This is a great product…love the color! I use it all the time! It is relieving my lower back pain.

Yes I do use this as an adjunct to my inversion table with all the same back benefits, but is better than Prozac for an anytime swing….without having to find a park. My relatives just left with their small kids and boy what a hit this was. Kids could swing anytime in the living room. Probably not for everyone, but my midwestern family loved it. Still looking for a great DVD for use.
“Good but no set up instructions”

The product works great, although I had to go on youtube to figure out how the set the thing up. I ended up using carabiners to attach the handles and sling to the provided cording, as the hooks it came with just felt a little to precarious to me. Overall works great for traction.

If you want to make your yoga practice fun, try this. It does take some preparation deciding how you are going to hang your swing. At home I hang it from a doorway gym pull-up bar, which was easy to install but does limit my movement slightly. At my friends house, I hang it from the beam outside on her upper deck. You may want to consider hanging It from your ceiling in an open area for maximum movement. there are many options out there if you do some research on the internet. I’m still acclimating to my aerial yoga workout, but it definitely adds a new, fun dimension to my practice. I’m doing inversion poses I would never try on the ground. I love it!
