Warranty Request

SHIPPING / RETURNS: you are not required to ship the damaged product back to us if you provide photos that are approved (see below). You’ll be charged only at-cost price for shipping the replacement part to you.

COVERED: any products that broken, damaged or malfunction due to normal and appropriate usage are covered under warranty.

NOT COVERED: products broken or damaged due to sun exposure, incorrect use, pet/animal chewing, or incorrect installation.

RECEIPT REQUIRED: for your warranty to be valid, you must have your original order number and/or receipt. We honor purchases made from our site as well as our distributors, but you must confirm that you are the original buyer via your order number and/or receipt. If you received your product as a gift, the original purchaser will need to fill out the form below. If you purchased your product second hand, the warranty is only valid for the original buyer.
