OPTION 1: Standard Return
We are sad to see you want to return your product.
All purchases from YOGABODY include a 365-day satisfaction guarantee and a limited warranty for parts, defects and malfunctions. YOGABODY reserves the right to accept/deny refund requests at its discretion according to regional and national laws.
Returns must be sent in original packaging with all items included and a packing letter stating the following:
- Full name
- Address
- Order number & date
- Reason for refund

When will I receive my refund?
A refund or stop payment cannot be issued until we have received your returned item at the address above. Upon reception, processing time is typically 3-5 working days. Your credit card company can take 30-45 days to reflect the refund on your statement. Unfortunately, this is out of our control but if you call your bank/card they can give you the status.
OPTION 2: Keep the Product – 50% Refund
Keep your product and receive 50% off your original purchase price (less shipping). Our “no send” return policy is designed for people who don’t have access to a post office to return their product and would like to skip the hassle.
How does it work? Simply fill out the form below, and customer service team will promptly refund 50% of your purchase price (less shipping). Save time, reduce waste, resolve this with a click.
NOTE: This option does not apply to Trapeze Stands and wholesale orders.
NOTE: If you select this option, all sales are final. You will no be longer eligible to return this item. Your product warranty however is still 100% valid.
OPTION 3: Product Reviewer – 100% Refund
Love the product but can’t afford it right now? We recruit 15 “product reviewers” each month who receive samples in exchange for online reviews to help future clients know about us. Interested? Simply leave a review below and customer support will review and follow up.
NOTE:
95% of product reviewers are accepted for a full refund within 2-5 days.
If your review is chosen, you will benefit from this option one time only per customer.
