Online Course Agreement

Please take a moment to read through the course agreement below before continuing.

Course Homework.*

I understand that I must complete the course homework required before the end the course. Failure to complete it will mean I am unable to receive my attendance certificate and Yoga Alliance credits.

Course Transfer.*

I understand that there is a $49 reschedule fee to cover administrative costs in case I request to be transferred to a future course.

We Don't Sell Certificates.*

I understand that payment does not in any way guarantee or ensure successful completion or graduation from the course. All certificates must be earned.

Health.*

I take full responsibility for my own health and safety. I understand that high blood pressure, glaucoma, heart disease, and severe injuries are contraindicated, and I have doctor's approval for practice. I understand that pregnant students are not permitted on our teaching courses or in classes. This practice is too physically intense and it's not safe. If you become pregnant while enrolled, you'll need to postpone your course date until after giving birth. Any expenses incurred are your own responsibility.

Quizzes & Tests.*

I understand that this is a professional yoga certification program that requires an 85% (or higher) pass rate on all quizzes and assessments to qualify for graduation. I will have up to three retakes and full support of the teaching team.

Course End Date*

I understand that this course has an end date and that if I fail to complete all modules and submit my Final Exam before that date I will have to pay a transfer fee of $49 to next Online course.

Wholesale Rates.*

I understand that, as a trainee, I am able to purchase YOGABODY products at wholesale rates for commercial use or resale. Any/all local customs and/or VAT charges incurred are my responsibility.

Be Cool.*

I understand that disruptive, rude, or offensive behavior (online or offline) will not be allowed and will be considered grounds for dismissal from the course.
