Double Pigeon Pose
Gisele shows you how to do the “Double Pigeon” pose, also know as “Fire Log” pose.
If you’re lower back is starting to curve, that’s a good sign that you might want to prop yourself up with a yoga block or a blanket. Begin by flexing your legs, and then stack one leg on top of the other ( left knee over right ankle, and left ankle over right knee ) . Lift up through the chest and find some length in your spine. Stay as you are or hinge forward, and walk your hands out in front of you.
