TERMS OF AGREEMENT

I understand*

I understand that sponsored content must include agreed upon #hashtags, mention YOGABODY, and if discussed, promote CTA (call-to-action) incentives or anything else discussed.

I understand*

I understand that sponsored posts must stay live (not archived or deleted) for a minimum of 30 days after initial posting.

I understand*

I understand that I will be paid via PayPal to the email I provided above.

I understand*

I understand that my sponsored post publishing date can, if discussed, need to be agreed upon in advance.

I understand*

I understand that in some cases, YOGABODY® might choose to repost my content with @tag and proper attribution to their own social media accounts.

I understand*

I understand that YOGABODY® might use my content in sponsored posts across various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram and Facebook.

I understand*

I understand that YOGABODY® reserves the right to disapprove a post / reject a post if it does not meet their brand and editorial standards.

I understand*

I understand that YOGABODY® will always disapprove posts that are political, hateful, inappropriate, or offensive in any way; and may choose to reject sponsorship for other reasons as well.

I understand*

I understand that I will not be paid for rejected posts.

I understand*

I understand that either myself or YOGABODY® reserve the right to cancel this agreement at time via email, and any/all unpaid posts will be settled and this agreement will be null and void.
