Dairy-Free Cashew Cheese (nom nom)

Believe it or not, you only need 3 ingredients to make cashew cheese – cashews, miso paste, and water. It’s a really great dip to have on hand, and so easy to whip up.

4 cups raw, unsalted cashews

1 tbsp dark miso paste

1 cup water


It would be great if all the ingredients came from organic farming, but do your best!


Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
