Aging is rarely a slow, steady process. Instead, it hits us in strong bursts in our forties or sixties – or both. If you’re feeling the physical challenges of age like I am and are determined to do something about it, the Age Less / Live More Conference is for you.

Here’s what you’ll learn

The impact of metabolic changes

Have you noticed that what used to keep you feeling fit and energized in your twenties and thirties doesn’t seem to work the same way anymore? Changes in metabolism, lifestyle, and hormones can all play a role. We’ll explore why these shifts happen and share practical strategies to adapt—without obsessing over every calorie or measuring every step.

Muscle matters

Muscle is important throughout life, but it’s crucial as we age. You’ll learn the role of muscle mass for bone health, metabolic health, mobility, sickness resilience, and quality of life. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to safely start building muscle at home.

Flexibility is crucial

To avoid the “old man shuffle”, to keep your joints pain-free and happy, and to enjoy the activities you love, mobility is crucial. In the first half of life, most people do OK without much thought. In middle age and beyond, you really need a protocol to follow.

Hormones change, will you?

Women, your estrogen is going to drop, and yes, men you’ll lose testosterone. And then there’s cortisol, insulin, and the hunger hormones leptin and ghrelin. It’s easy to get lost in the biochemistry, but during the conference, you’ll learn to understand your options and how to keep your chemical body balanced.

Sleep impacts everything

If you’re overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about sleep hacks, rigid bedtime routines, and “perfect” sleep habits, you’re not alone. During this discussion, we’ll focus on how the quality and quantity of the sleep you get impacts your body, mind, and overall health, and the principles of healthy sleep that can help you get the rest your body truly needs.

Mental health matters most

You can be glowing with physical health but feel dead inside. Mental health has reached an all-time low with many of us feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, and depressed multiple times a week – or even daily. There’s no quick fix, but there are very specific actions you can take that will improve your mental health and help get you on the right path back toward peace and balance.

Age is not just a number. It’s your body changing, and we all need to learn and understand our changing biology to live our best, healthiest lives. In recent years, I’ve become obsessed with this concept of healthspan, living our best lives for as long as we can. My entire aim is to squeeze as much juice from this wonderful life, and if you can relate, this conference is for you.

How it works

This is a three-hour per day, three-day live streaming event that includes guided yoga classes, guest lectures with experts, breathing sessions, meditation, and ample time for Q&A so you can get help with your specific challenges. This is not a medical advice conference or an initiation into any health or diet tribe. Instead, we’ll focus on real-world roadmaps that allow you to dance with your own biology – instead of fighting and struggling.
