Yoga Trapeze Tutorial – Wheel Pose

In the first video of our yoga trapeze tutorial series with Briohny Smyth and Dice IIda-Klein​, we’re going to show you how to use the trapeze to go into Wheel Pose.

  • Before doing any exercises with the trapeze, make sure the fabric supports your pelvis.
  • Grab the middle handles, flip upside down and hook your legs onto the trapeze.
  • Release one leg, and keep the other hooked for support.
  • Drop your arms, and grab hold of the hanging foot. Push your leg into your hand to open your shoulders.
  • Switch sides & repeat!
