Yoga Trapeze Tutorial – Upside Down
Inversion therapy is so incredibly effective, you only need as little as 7 minutes hanging upside down to feel relief in your back. In this short video Briohny Smyth shows you how to get into the trapeze, and hang upside down to help get rid of any back tension you might have.
As your hanging upside down, grab hold of the lower straps, and turn your arms backwards until your elbows face the ground. For a nice shoulder stretch and a front body stretch, straighten the arms and lift your head up to your toes – like scorpion pose!
