Sprouted Lentil Salad

1 cup (200 g) sprouted lentils

1 1/3 cups (200 g) tomatos

2/3 cup (100 g) carrots

2/3 cup (100 g) spinachs

1 tsp (5 g) sunflower seeds

1 tsp (5 g) flax seeds

2 tbsp (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil

1tbsp (15 ml) tamari

1/2 lemon

pure sea salt flackes

STEP 1

It would be perfect if all the ingredients came from organic farming.

STEP 2

Chop the tomatoes and the spinachs.


STEP 3

Peel and shred the carrots.

STEP 4

Pour the tamari over the sprouted lentils and mix well.

STEP 5

Place the chopped tomatoes and spinachs, shredded carrots and sprouted lentils in a medium bowl.


STEP 6

Dress the salad with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt flackes to taste.


STEP 7

Mix the ingredients and the dressing very well. Sprinkle the sunflower and flax seeds on top of the salad and serve.
