1 1/3 cups (200 g) black Aragón olives

2/3 cup (100 g) raw cashews

3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil

1 garlic clove

STEP 1

It would be perfect if all the ingredients came from organic farming.



STEP 2

Remove the pit from the black Aragón olives.

STEP 3

Place all the ingredients in the hand blender’s glass and blend it until you get a paste.

STEP 4

Served veggie sticks or flax crackers.
