Milky Oats

2/3 cup (100 g) oats

1 2/3 cups (400 ml) coconut milk

1 or 2 cinnamon stick

1 orange

1 lemon

7 stevia leafs

STEP 1

It would be perfect if all the ingredients came from organic farming.

STEP 2

Grate very thin lemon and orange peel. Try not take any of the white part.


STEP 3

Place the citrus peel with the stevia leafs, and cinnamon stick in a cooking pot. Add 3 cups (720 ml) water. High heat until boil, then add the oats, turn down to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.


STEP 4

Remove the stevia leafs.

STEP 5

Add the coconut milk to the cooking pot and cook over low heat for 20 more minutes.

STEP 6

Remove the cinnamon sticks

STEP 7

Place the milky oats in individual containers. Decorate with ground cinnamon. Serve cold.
