How to Do Fish Pose – Yoga Tutorial
Chia-Ti demonstrates two variations of the Fish Pose. If you are a beginner, try the traditional version with your legs straight. If you have been practicing yoga for a while, go for the advanced pose with your legs in lotus.
Tip: You’ll see that this pose puts a lot of weight & compression on your neck. What you want to do is press down into the elbows to help you lift your chest up. This will help take some of the pressure off the neck.
