I love my yoga trapeze. I always wanted to do this in a studio but it’s even better in the comfort of your home.

It took me a lot of getting used to hanging upside down but it def makes my back feel better! Great workout for core too!

It’s like having a rope wall! I use it mostly for inversions. Easy to set up, easy to bring a long. If you don’t have an inversion practice but want to invite one into your life, or you suffer from mental or physical disease I highly recommend a rope swing. Inversions can help to relieve back and brain pain, mental fatigue and fogginess, a swing is much easier to use then a table and far more versatile.
